What is Bigger Rewards?

Bigger Rewards is an app-based loyalty program we designed to thank our wonderful Guests (that's you!).  Rewards members receive points for every transaction ($1 spent = 100 points) by scanning their code at the register, placing an app order, or placing an online order while logged in at order.teddysbb.com . You earn credits to spend towards your favorite meal!

With Bigger Rewards you earn loyalty points at any of our Teddy's Bigger Burgers, TEX 808 BBQ + Brews, and Tio's Burritos.  You can redeem your credits at any store too!

Question 2

What if I don't have an Apple or Android smartphone?  Am I excluded from this program?

Accepted Answer

No Way!  There's a web interface you can use to earn and redeem points.  This website doesn't have all the features (or fun) of our app, so only use this if you don't have a supported smartphone.  Click here to manage your points through our web portal.

Question 3

How do I transfer my account to the new app?

We recently switched app companies and we don't want you to lose your points.  We found this is the best route to go for a seamless switch.

1) Delete the old app
2) Download the Bigger Rewards App
3) Create a new account using the same phone number you used previously
4) That's it!  If you don't see your points please let us know and we'll work on getting them for you.  You can reach us here.

Can I redeem rewards at any Teddy's Bigger Burgers location?

Not only can you earn and redeem points at any Teddy's Bigger Burgers location, you can also earn and redeem at any Tex 808 BBQ + Brews and Tio's Burritos location too!  You can buy a burger at Teddy's and redeem your rewards points for a burrito at Tio's Burritos if you'd like!  Use them however you'd like!

How do I get points for my purchases at Teddy's?

There are 2 ways to earn points for your Teddy's purchases:
1) Scan your app at the registers when you're ordering your meal.
2) Place an order online through the Bigger Rewards App or at order.teddysbb.com while logged in.  Points are automatically added to your account when logged in & ordering online.

What if an order is $8.46?  Do I get 800 points or 900 points?

800 points.  Transactions are for the whole dollar amount from the sub total (before tax).

If I have multiple unlocked rewards available through the app, can I redeem them all at once?

Accepted Answer

No, only one unlocked reward or app offer can be used per transaction.

Question 8

Do I get reward points for gift card purchases?

Accepted Answer

Points are not awarded for gift card purchases.  They are awarded when you redeem the gift card for food purchases at Teddy's.

Question 9

If I'm scanning the QR code with the register scanner to earn points, at what point in the transaction process do I scan it?

Accepted Answer

You can scan your app at any point during your order prior to payment processing, and you'll receive your points.  Expect your points to be added in about 10 minutes after your order is completed.

Question 10

What if something goes wrong with my order in the app once I have left Teddy's?  Do I need to come back to the restaurant to fix the issue?

Nope!  We have a teamready to take care of any of your app issues that may arise.  We will make sure you get all of your points, and that you're always satisfied (because we love you like a burger).  Just fill out our short form.
